TQC (Total Quality Control) has been executed since the founding of TALY, and the acitivities of QC achievements have also been conducted widely. Based on this, TALY has formulated a complete set of quality management system and quality assurance system. According to the requirements of ISO9001:2000, TALY has compiled the < Quality Manual >, which covers all standard factors and associated documents governing the management of all levels and enables the TALY's quality management system and quality assurance system to be standardized and systematized.

Under the guidance of the <Quality Manual> and the relevant proceedure documents, the related departments execute the quality management and control in accordance with the requirements of quality system, and the results of execution are put on file, which assures the quality control activities under control. The check and examination of internal quality system are conducted regularly in order to supervise quality control activity of every department. The responsible department is urged to take measures for correction in case any problems are found. Timely check and examination are carried out in terms of proving the adaptability and effectiveness of the quality system.The check results are put on file, which provides not only the supervision and tracing of the quality activity, but also reliable basis for the supervision and examination of the quality system of the company by the state quality supervision and check departments.

Although the management system and quality assurance system of TALY have been certified by the relevant authorities, we still accept effectively clients'supervision by all means, conscientiously approach the suggestions and requests from the customers, ceaslessly improve the management so as to enable our quality system to operate in a more effective way and provide better and more effective service for the clients.

With the quality control policy of "existence on quality and development on technology" in order to offer excellent and stable service, and quality product for the clients, our earnest commitments are as follows:

* We will communicate with the clients about the technical requirements and parameters in the process of the manufacture of the products in an attempt to keep the clients well-informed about the quality of the products.

* We will modify the engineering parameters when the design is changed in conjunction with the clients in the process of the manufacture of the products so that our products can meet the needs of the clients' in an all-round way.

* Test and inspection of the products shall be conducted and the inspection report shall be provided in accordance with the requirments specified in the contract before the delivery of the products. Working and living convenience for the representatives of the clients who supervise the manufacture of the ordered products shall also be provided.

* Before the delivery of the products, detailed technical data, product descriptions and certificate of quality shall be provided for the clients so as to enable the clients to use the products correctly.

* Effective tracing of the application of the products shall be conducted, test of the performance of the products shall be done in conjunction with the clients, and necessary technical data and assistance shall be provided for the clients in the period of validity of quality guarantee.

* In the process of the application of the products, we will keep contact with the clients and provide necessary technical information and methods for improvements. We will strengthen the cooperation with the clients in the research of new technology and the development of new products so as to provide the most advanced technology and the most applicable products for the clients.
